Protect our trademarks from counterfeiting.

• This is our primary role in identifying trademark deposits made by third parties and thus protecting the intangible heritage of the Principality of Monaco. This action is based on a permanent and comprehensive monitoring system.

       Protecting our licensees from counterfeiting

• The aim is to monitor the use of trademarks, identify counterfeit products in collaboration with the Authorised Authorities and take appropriate action.

       The funds acquired through the licensing agreements allow the financing of these shares.
